GoldFax was chosen by Avis because they needed a fax software solution that was able to use automatic routing functions to email the fax to the correct contact based on which remote office location was sending the fax. Additionally, it had to be a solution that was easy to use and did not require training by remote branch staff. Avis also selected GoldFax because we were very responsive to their needs and they felt the extra lengths we went to win their business was in line with their own company motto.
Caremark is a heathcare company that really wanted to ensure that their faxing processes and practices adhered to privacy, security and communication policies. Especially because they have may be communicating confidential patient health information, they needed to be able to audit fax usage, get reports on fax usage, and ensure that confidential information was not exposed by sitting on a fax machine for any amount of time.
